This is what I wore on my birthday and I just had so many backlogs that I wasn't able to post this ASAP! Haha! >_< I know this is a basic outfit for my birthday, but I love it! I think its stylish yet comfortable. :)
I wore my favorite pair of Havaianas flip-flops here, because I went to the Make Your Own Havaianas 2016 event that happened the same day as my birthday. :)

Back when I started doing blog events in 2010, I would always be in heels wherever I go. Even on weekends- family day, I would be in heels or wedges and I'd take my OOTD almost every weekend. I made sure of it! But now, fast forward to two kids later and + 6 years older, I am now more into comfort dressing and mostly do my OOTD posts on Instagram and I no longer wear heels a lot. I practically live in my sandals and sneakers. =P But I'm not complaining. I miss those super fashionista days of mine, but I guess it really comes with age and I'm happy with how I dress now. :) I don't feel pressured or want to buy new clothes every now and then. I love mixing and matching stuff in my closet.
But I must admit that my latest haul from Oxygen (which is my whole outfit!) really got me wanting more. :) They have really cool stuff in stores and my favorite is their bucket hat! I've worn it a couple of times and if you follow me on Instagram, you would have seen it. I wanna pair it with almost all my outfits! ^_^ It's cute!
